If you need to withdraw from a Mountain Dew Tour event, you MUST notify the Junior Program at least 24 hours in advance of the event. Failure to notify the Junior Program will be considered a "no show" and will result in disqualification from your next scheduled tour event.

If you do notify the Junior Program 24 hours in advance, you will be allowed to move into another tour event if available.

Please call (800) 779-7271 ext. 231 or e-mail juniors@indianagolf.org. Leave the name of the tournament you would like to withdraw from and the tournament you would like to be placed in.

Refunds

Prior to May 11, 2007 at 5:00 pm.
Your tournament entry fees and/or membership fee will be refunded in full.

After May 11, 2007 at 5:00 pm.
No refund for tournament entry fees and/or membership fee will be issued for an event where the player status is "active."

If a player moves from an event with "active" status into an event where the player has "waitlist" status, the entry fee will remain non-refundable.

If a player has "waitlist" status in an event and never becomes "active" that tournament entry fee will be refunded at the end of the season.

Whenever a refund will not be issued, the player always has the option to move into another tour event.
