Dress Code Proper dress is required at all Indiana Golf Foundation events.

Boys- Collared shirts or mock turtlenecks must be worn and tucked in at all times.

Girls- Shirts without a collar must have sleeves. Fashion shirts worn untucked MUST NOT rise above the belt line at any time during the golf swing. Shorts MUST be of fingertip length.

All hats and visors are to be worn with the bill to the front. No denim pants/shorts or cut-offs are permitted.
Player Conduct Any conduct which may be detrimental to the Pepsi Indiana Junior Golf Program will not be tolerated. This includes, swearing, club throwing or tossing, damage to the golf course or other players belongings and disrespect to tournament officials.

The first such instance of these actions may result in warning, two-shot penalty or disqualification.

Possession of alcohol or tobacco products, gambling or display of vulgar or abusive behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

Multiple violations will result in dismissal from the Pepsi Indiana Junior Golf Program.
Playoff/Tie Procedure All ties for 1st place will be determined by a sudden death playoff.

All other ties will split points equally, however awards will be determined by a scorecard backup starting with the back nine score. If the back nine score is a tie, the scorecard will be backed up starting with hole #18 for an 18 hole event and hole #9 for a 9 hole event.

If a playoff involves more that 2 players, the playoff is for 1st place only. All other ties will be handled with the above procedure regardless of playoff finish.
Rain Policy The Indiana Golf Foundation reserves the right to reduce the number of rounds or holes in an event due to inclement weather.

Any 36 hole event that is stopped due to inclement weather will be considered complete if 18 holes have been played. This policy is in effect for the Boys and Girls State Juniors, Age Group Championship, Westfield Junior PGA and Diet Pepsi Masters Tour Championship. In these events, the Indiana Junior Golf Program staff will make every effort to reach 36 holes played on the scheduled event dates.

Any 18 hole event will be considered complete if the entire field has completed 9 holes of play. If all competitors in the same age group have completed the same 9 holes, then the total score from those 9 holes will be used. If they have completed a different set of 9 holes, their score will be determined by their relation to par for those holes each individual played.

If an event is a complete rain-out, an attempt will be made to 1) reschedule the event 2) place all players in another event 3) give refunds to all participants.
Rules Violations & Cheating Rules violations will be determined by the tournament officials and handled as prescribed by the USGA Rules of Golf, Junior Golf Director and Indiana Golf Foundation Executive Director. If you are suspected of cheating, measures will be taken to monitor your actions or scores in that or future events. If a player suspects another of cheating or violating a Rule of Golf, the player should seek out a Junior Program Staff Member as soon as possible and before scorecards are returned. Cheating will result in immediate disqualification from the Pepsi Indiana Junior Golf Program with no refund.
Scoring Limits Although the Indiana Junior Golf Program is meant to be an enjoyable learning experience for those involved, there is a high level of competition. For that reason and to help maintain a reasonable pace of play, it is necessary to implement the following policy. This policy is not in effect to discourage junior golfers, but to provide a competitive program on a state-wide level.

Any player who shoots a score over the posted limit for his/her age division at TWO different events will be subject to review and withdrawn from the remainder of the tour schedule. Nine hole scores will be evaluated only when an event is shortened to nine holes. All remaining tournament fees will be refunded.
