| Caddies | Caddies are allowed only on days when 36 holes of competition are scheduled. On those days NO ADULT RELATIVE (over 18 years of age) shall be allowed to caddie for the competitor. Caddies must follow the same dress code as participants except they may wear t-shirts. Caddies will be allowed on: Thursday |
| Dress Code | Proper dress is required at all Indiana Golf Foundation events. Boys- Collared shirts or mock turtlenecks must be worn and tucked in at all times. Girls- Shirts without a collar must have sleeves. Fashion shirts worn untucked MUST NOT rise above the belt line at any time during the golf swing. Shorts MUST be of fingertip length. All hats and visors are to be worn with the bill to the front. No denim pants/shorts or cut-offs are permitted. |
| Eligibility | Open to amateur golfers who have not yet reached their 20th birthdays as of June 29, 2007. High School graduates are eligible for tournament play only during the summer following their graduation. Entrant's home course must be a dues paying member of the IGA-PGA. All entries are subject to rejection at any time by the IGF. Must be an Indiana resident. |
| Field Limit | Field is limited to the first 112 entrants. |
| Flights | Field will be flighted after 2 rounds of stroke play. There will be 16 players per flight. Only Championship Flight Qualifiers are eligible for the overall championship. Ties for the final spot in the Championship Flight will be played off. All other flight ties will be broken by the players place on the summary board. |
